• Account information: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Content you send: prompts, messages, attachments and the parts of files the AI needs to complete a task.
• Synced data: your conversations and settings, so they are available on your other devices.
• Usage data: which models you use, credits consumed, and request timestamps.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information, used for security and troubleshooting.

Your local files

When you open a local folder, Bery reads it in your browser. The folder is not uploaded to or synced with our servers. Only the content needed for a task you request is sent to an AI model provider to generate a response.

How we use information

• To provide the Service, including sending your requests to AI model providers and returning responses.
• To meter usage, manage credits and process payments.
• To sync your conversations and settings across devices.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account and important changes to the Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• AI model providers, which process your requests to generate responses.
• Service providers that help us run the Service, such as payment processing, sign-in, hosting and email delivery.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• A successor, if BeryAI is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Model training

We do not use your content to train AI models. AI model providers process your requests under their own terms and policies.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can delete conversations or your account at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@beryai.com.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live. We take steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
