The Service

Bery is a browser-based AI workspace and API that gives you access to AI models from third-party providers. We may add, change or remove features and models at any time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@beryai.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Promotional credits may come with their own conditions, including an expiry date.
• Credit rates for each model are published and may change. We will give notice of price changes before they apply to you.
• You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit and the output you receive. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review it before you rely on it, especially before applying code changes to your files. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Create malware, or try to harm, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Get around usage limits, or resell or share access to the Service without our permission.
• Reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
• Violate the usage policies of the AI model providers.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers and other services. We are not responsible for their availability or for the content they generate.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is terminated for a violation.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeryAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and BeryAI about the Service.
